Gift Voucher Terms
- Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
- Gift vouchers can be redeemed against all products only at r&b Grillhouse UAE
- Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
- If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card.
- Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- r&b Grillhouse UAE reserves the right to cancel a gift voucher if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift voucher of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift voucher. The gift voucher remains our property.

Ultimate Dining Experience T&Cs
- Instructions on how to enter this competition form part of the conditions of entry. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions.
- Entry is open to residents of UAE who have an account on Instagram, enabling them to submit an entry in accordance with the details provided.
- The competition commences from xx/12/2023, and the end date is xx/01/2024 (“Promotional Period”) – this site will be updated with an end date.
- To enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:

- Enter the details required on the website form
- By submitting an entry, entrants warrant to R&B Grillhouse UAE (“Promoter”) that they own all of the rights to the entry; and
- The winner will be drawn randomly on 16th Feb and will be contacted through provided contact details
- You must follow @rnbgrillhouseuae on Instagram & complete all fields which are required on the competition entry form
- Twenty winners and their guests are included in this package
- The prize is valued at 800 AED in the form of a R&B Grillhousel E-Gift Voucher
- When dining any extra items consumed will be charged at the menu price and must be paid for on the day
- Each winner must be 18 years or over and accompanied by adults. Photo ID may be required
- The prize is not redeemable for cash or other items and not valid for any other promotion
- The prize is not transferable
- Seating times may apply to our standard service period procedures
- The E-gift voucher must be used within the 3 year validity period
- Each winner is responsible for their own transport to and from the venue
